- Service Revocation: WinIt reserves the right to modify, adjust, or revoke points obtained through software bugs, exploits, or unauthorized manipulations.
2. Reward Redemptions & Security Validation
Users who reach the minimum balance thresholds may request redemptions through our available payout channels (PayPal Cash, Gift Cards via Bitrefill, and Binance Pay USDT):
- Verification Window: All redemption requests are subject to an administrative and automated security review period of 24 to 72 business hours to verify the legitimacy of earned points and completed partner offers.
- Accuracy of Recipient Details: The user is solely responsible for providing accurate payment information (e.g., correct PayPal email, Binance Pay ID). WinIt is not liable for transactions sent to incorrect recipient addresses provided by the user.
- Gift Card Fulfillment: Digital gift cards are fulfilled by certified digital partners. Card validity, expiration, and merchant terms are governed by the respective issuer.
3. Anti-Fraud & Fair Play Policy
To preserve a secure and honest environment for our advertising partners and legitimate users, WinIt enforces a strict Zero Tolerance Fraud Policy. The following actions are expressly prohibited:
- Using Virtual Private Networks (VPN), residential/datacenter proxies, or Tor to manipulate location or bypass geofencing.
- Running the application on Android PC emulators (e.g., BlueStacks, Nox, LDPlayer) or rooted devices with spoofing tools.
- Creating multiple accounts per user, household, or physical device.
- Employing automated bots, auto-clickers, memory injectors, or scripts to simulate engagement.
- Engaging in fraudulent ad impressions or manipulating offerwall callbacks.
Unilateral Account Action: WinIt reserves the unilateral right to freeze, deduct balances, or permanently terminate any account found violating this policy without notice or financial compensation.
4. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to access WinIt's free entertainment features and promo codes. To request monetary cashouts via PayPal or cryptocurrency transfers via Binance Pay, you must be at least 18 years old or have the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Limitation of Liability
WinIt Code is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
